Idle I value used for PI controller
Idle condition integral value used in fuel closed loop PI controller. The integral value is generally smaller than the P-value and intergrates between O2 sensortransistions. The sign is based on the rich/lean condition.

For variables that have a scaling factor and/or a translational offset given, use this formula to calculate the output value:
output_value = (EEPROM_value * scale) + translate
